The organization of services and Tours contained in this site is carried out Radical & Imperial, Lda (here in after referred to as “Imperial Tours”), located at Rua de Santa Cruz 397 2750-063, corporate entity number 515225533, with RNAAT No. 528/2019
Local guides, meals, some transport services providers (eg bus, train or boat) and other necessary services are contracted to third parties and are not employees of Imperial Tours. Thus, the provision of these services, Imperial Tours, it acts only as a sales agent and is not responsible for any complaints against those entities that result from actions on their behalf.
Claims and Reimbursements
They shall only be considered the complaints and claims which have been submitted in writing by the complainant to Imperial Tours within 5 days after completion of the service. All disputes will be settled in the District Court of Lisbon, with express exclusion of any other.
Reservations of any services, must be made by email. Reservations will only be considered confirmed upon proof of payment of the receipt of the full amount of reservation and sending the respective voucher.
Reservations must be confirmed:
- 100% do valor total – com a confirmação da Reserva
100% of the total – with confirmation of reservation.
Making reservations should be made directly from Imperial Tours through firstname.lastname@example.org email
Payment can be made by credit card using Stripe, by Paypal (www.paypal.com) or bank transfer.
We will only make the reservation with suppliers after we receive confirmation of payment by our bank.
If we receive the final payment on time, we will consider the booking canceled. It will be applicable to our cancellation policy.
Reservations will only be considered valid after being received 100% of the total value of the service, unless otherwise expressly indicated in writing
Once the booking is made, will apply the following cancellation costs in the event of cancellation or accommodation:
- Before 30 days from the agreed date: 20% of total Paid – will be returned 80% of the total Paid amount.
- 30 to 16 days before the agreed date: 35% of total Paid – will be returned 65% of the total Paid amount.
- 15 to 8 days before the agreed date: 50% of total Paid – will be returned 50% of the total Paid amount.
- 7-1 day before the agreed date: 100% of total amount of reservation – No return of money.
- No show on the day of service: 100% of total booking – No refund money.
All cancellation charges are subject to additional charges incurred by Imperial Tours with transportation, accommodation, food and drinks, contracted services and other non-refundable charges related to the reservation made by the customer.
Policy Changes ace Reservations
Changes to reservations after the first payment are subject to:
- vailability confirmation for new dates
- Change the values initially proposed
If the new values resulting from changes are different from those initially proposed the respective arrangements will be made. Imperial Tours reserves the right (and delegates to its drivers) to refuse to transport any person purporting to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behavior is considered a threat to the driver, the vehicle or the other passengers.
Smoking is not permitted in vehicles.
The Imperial Tours strives to carry the passenger with comfort to his destination indicated on the voucher. However circumstances beyond our control may prevent the realization of this responsibility.
The following are examples of circumstances that are not within our control
- Exceptional or severe weather conditions
- Deaths and accidents on the roads
- Vandalism and terrorism
- Unforeseen traffic delays
- Strikes by Third Parties
